Mercury-nominated Dinosaur further their exploration of ‘synth-pop meets jazz band’ with their critically-acclaimed second album, Wonder Trail. Mesmerising compositions full of imagination and surprise - you can expect folk-infused grooves and glistening melodies when they make their Hull Truck Theatre debut this Autumn.

Dinosaur are led by BBC New Generation Artist 2015-17, trumpeter Laura Jurd, who’s developed a formidable reputation as one of the most creative young musicians to have emerged in the UK in recent years.

The band have toured extensively in Europe and beyond, at some of the world’s most prestigious festivals, including North Sea Jazz, Montreal Jazz Festival and Molde International Jazz Festival.
