Plus special guests!

If the suns out we'll start outside canal side and then head in when the sun goes down!

Hungry? We've got a meal deal on a Wednesday and Thursday and that's GBP 7.50 for a Slow Fire London Chicken bun and fries or Halloumi bun and fries! Get in :)

Carved out of an old sausage factory, Grow has been transformed into an independent canal side bar, kitchen and creative space. It was built, and is run by a small team, and although we operate as a business we also rely on working within of the sharing economy of Hackney Wick and the surrounding area.
