Sunday Lunchtime Swing Sessions (2.30pm) with Kit Packham’s One Jump Ahead: Singer and Saxophonist Kit Packham & his five[-piece, performing much loved Jazz standards, Blues and Jump/Jive material with the occasional song or tune of his own. Kit often works local or topical references into the lyrics, writing his own witty versions of several jazz classics to bring them into the 21st century, whilst blending melody and foot-tapping rhythms to produce instrumentals of real class on alto or tenor saxophone.
